Account Deletion Request

This page explains how to delete your account and associated data for Citizen Test.

Delete Account In The App

You can request deletion directly inside the app:

1. Open the app and sign in.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Tap Delete Account.
4. Confirm the deletion action.

What Is Deleted

• Your account authentication record
• Active sessions and local app profile data
• Saved quiz progress and local test history stored in the app

What May Be Retained

Certain records may be retained where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or compliance reasons.

If You Cannot Access The App

If you cannot sign in, email us from your registered account email and request deletion: info@cernch.com

Please include your account email and the subject line: Account Deletion Request.

Processing Time

We aim to process deletion requests within 30 days.
